At Vitality26, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to make the return process easy and clear.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on the following:

  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged items in original packaging
  • Items with intact seals and labels

Final sale items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-formulated products
  • Gift cards or promotional gifts

What Is the Return Period?

You must initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

  1. Email us at customer@vitality26.com with:
    • Your full Name
    • Order Number
    • Item(s) to Return
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned:

  • In original condition, unused and unopened
  • With all tags, seals, and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of tampering, use, or damage

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless. (The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How Are Refunds Issued?

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days from receipt of returned items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error, a full refund including shipping will be issued

Can Items Be Exchanged?

  • Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect items
  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process above and indicate your preference for an exchange

Return Shipping Methods

  • Use any reliable courier of your choice
  • You must include a tracking number in your return confirmation email
  • We do not require a specific carrier but encourage you to use one with delivery confirmation

Required Documentation

Please include the following in your return package:

  • A copy of the order confirmation or receipt
  • A note with your name, contact info, and reason for return

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • It will be inspected within 7 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • We’ll notify you via email when your return has been processed
